My name is Mirjana Kos-Frithiof and I came
to Sweden in 1966 from former Yugoslavia.
I was a fully educated physiotherapist and stayed with that occupation for 35 years.

Since childhood my big passions have always been drawing, painting and sculpting and I have continuously worked on all of the above and still am. I do not have an official art education but am self taught.

As the years have passed I have had the opportunity to work with a lot of different techniques and a lot of different materials.

In January of 2001 I started my own company MKF Art and Design. I design glass, porcelain, lighting fixtures, textile patterns, carpets and graphic designs.

Presently I work as a freelance designer for companies mainly in the lighting and glass industries.
